If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and confirm you are using the address you registered with.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive incorrect login attempts. Wait fifteen minutes and try again with the correct password. If you are still locked out, use the Forgot Password option to reset your credentials. Alternatively, the 24/7 live chat support team can verify your identity using your registered mobile number and CNIC details and restore access manually.

bpexch net uses CNIC-based identity verification. You will need to upload a clear photo or scan of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back. In some cases, a selfie holding the CNIC may be requested. KYC is only required before your first withdrawal, not for deposits or betting. Completing it early avoids any delay when you are ready to cash out your PKR winnings.

No. bpexch net operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts are identified during KYC checks and may result in both accounts being suspended and balances being voided. If you have lost access to your original account, recover it through the Forgot Password option or by contacting support — do not create a new account.

Contact the support team via live chat from inside your account. Provide the new email address or mobile number and confirm your identity using your CNIC. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after thirty minutes, check your payment app or bank statement to confirm the transaction was completed, then contact live chat support with the transaction reference number.

First, refresh your account page and wait a few minutes — some deposits have a short processing delay. If the balance still has not updated after thirty minutes, open live chat support and provide your transaction reference number, the deposit amount in PKR, the payment method used and the time of the transaction. Support can trace the payment and manually credit your account once the transfer is confirmed.

bpexch net does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. JazzCash and Easypaisa occasionally apply a small service fee on outgoing transfers — check your payment app's fee schedule. No. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension. This policy is in place to protect members from fraud and to comply with identity verification requirements. If you do not have a mobile wallet, Raast or bank account, set one up in your name before depositing.

Daily deposit limits depend on your account verification level and the payment method used. These limits are shown inside the deposit section of your account. If you need a higher limit, complete full KYC verification with your CNIC and contact support. You can also set your own voluntary monthly deposit limit as a responsible gaming tool from Account Settings.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Your account must be KYC-verified before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you use for deposits wherever possible.

Processing times are listed in detail on the Withdrawal page. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. KYC-verified accounts receive priority processing. Withdrawals submitted during peak periods or outside business hours may take slightly longer. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact live chat with your withdrawal reference number.

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are shown on the Withdrawal page inside your account dashboard. Make sure your available balance meets the minimum for your chosen method before submitting a withdrawal request. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements do not count towards your withdrawable balance.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: KYC verification not completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, withdrawal details not matching the registered account name, or a technical issue with the payment method. Check your account notifications for a specific reason. If none is shown, contact support with your withdrawal request ID and they will explain the exact cause.

Yes. CNIC-based identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Upload your CNIC front and back from the Verification section in your account settings. Approval is usually completed within one business day. Once verified, all future withdrawals are processed without any additional identity checks.

For security reasons, withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method and account name used for deposits. Withdrawing to a different account or name requires additional verification and is handled on a case-by-case basis by the support team. Contact live chat with your request and the reason for using a different account.

Withdrawal requests that are still in pending status can sometimes be cancelled from inside your account before they are processed. Once a withdrawal has moved to processing or completed status, it cannot be reversed. If you need to cancel a pending withdrawal, go to the Withdrawal section and check whether a cancel option is available, or contact support immediately before processing begins.

Sports Betting — Cricket, PSL & More

Cricket is the primary focus — you can bet on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments. Football, esports and other major sports are also available. Live in-play betting is offered on cricket matches, with markets updating ball by ball throughout PSL fixtures and international games.

Live betting allows you to place bets after a PSL match has started. Odds change in real time as the match progresses — after each ball, wicket or over. You can bet on markets like match winner, next wicket, total runs in an over and player performance. Markets may be briefly suspended around wickets or key moments. Place your bets quickly when odds are live.

If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum overs required for a valid result, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account in PKR. If a match is reduced by rain but still produces a DLS result, bets are settled on that official result. Specific rules per market are listed in the betting terms. Always check the settlement rules for the market you are betting on before placing.

Winnings are calculated as your stake multiplied by the decimal odds. For example, if you bet PKR 1,000 at odds of 2.50, your total return is PKR 2,500 (PKR 1,500 profit plus your original PKR 1,000 stake). The bet slip shows your potential return before you confirm the bet. Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately after the result is settled.

Cash out is available on selected markets and events. When active, a cash out button appears on your open bet in the My Bets section. The cash out value changes in real time based on current odds. Cash out may not be available on all markets or during certain match phases. If the option is not shown, the market does not support early settlement at that time.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event. The bet slip displays the allowed stake range for each market when you select it. For major PSL matches, higher maximum stakes are typically available. For niche markets, limits may be lower. Account verification level and betting history may also affect your available stake limits over time.

Your full betting history is available in the My Bets or Account History section inside your account dashboard. You can filter by date range, sport or settlement status. Settled bets show the result and the amount won or lost. Open bets show the current odds and potential return. This history is the same whether you access it from the website or the Android app.

This depends on the specific bonus terms. Free bets allow you to place a wager without using your own PKR balance. If the free bet wins, your profit is credited as real cash — but the free bet stake itself is not returned with the winnings. For example, a PKR 500 free bet placed at odds of 3.00 returns PKR 1,000 profit (not PKR 1,500, as the stake is not returned). Free bet expiry dates and eligible markets are specified in each promotion's terms.

First check that the code is entered exactly as shown — codes are case-sensitive and may have an expiry date. Confirm the promotion is still active on the Promotions page. Also check that you meet all eligibility conditions such as minimum deposit amount or first-deposit-only restrictions. If everything looks correct and the code still fails, contact live chat support with the code and they will apply it manually if valid.

Visit the Download page on your Android phone and tap the download button to get the APK file. Since the app is not on the Google Play Store, you need to allow installation from unknown sources. Go to your phone's Settings → Security → enable "Install unknown apps" for your browser. Then open the downloaded APK and follow the installation steps. The whole process takes under two minutes.

The most common reason is that "Install unknown apps" or "Unknown sources" is not enabled on your device. Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps → select your browser → enable it. Also make sure you have enough free storage space on your device. If the APK file is corrupted during download, delete it and re-download from the Download page.

The dedicated app is currently available for Android only. iPhone and iPad users can access the full bpexch net platform through the Safari mobile browser — the website is fully responsive and works smoothly on iOS devices.
